pFriem Beer Dinner at Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse

If you haven’t heard, Michael Jordan’s got a steakhouse at the new Ilani Casino, just up the road in Ridgefield, Washington. And they’ve been doing these excellent beer pairing dinners lately.

So, next week I’ll be checking it out myself and can’t deny that I’m pretty excited about it. Not only because I’ve got this thing for steak, but also because the featured brewery is pFriem Family Brewers – one of my favorites, as I’ve recently documented here.

This amazing collision of fine cuisine and award-winning beer is happening Thursday May 31st, from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Here’s a full breakdown of the scheduled menu for the evening:

Spring Harvest Salad with Frambozen
-Oregon berries, Chevre, Frambozen vinaigrette

Dry-Aged Bone-In New York Strip with Down Under IPA
-Huckleberry Reduction, IPA-Pickled Vegetables

Pecan-Crusted Monkey Bread with Scotch Barrel Aged Imperial Brown
